June - First Month Back from Pandemic

One of the advantages of having the largest dedicated Self Defense Academies in Houston is that we can safely accommodate separated students even when learning weapons. Just this week instructor Francisco worked with the class using nun-chucks. We don't often use weapons, but when we do, it's helpful to know your fellow students are far enough away not to hit you with them or these days, even breath on you.
